Post subject: How to tell Outlook 2007 not to download old emails? Archived from groups: microsoft>public>outlook>installation (more info?)
Hi, I'm starting to use Outlook for my mail. I have 2000 emails on my yahoo
account. Outlook wants to download them all. How can I limit the age of
emails it can download? Or make it downloadonly last N number of emails?

Log on to your Yahoo account using the web interface. Create anothother
folder and move to that folder anythying in your Inbox you don't want
Outlook to download.
