Third party software DMS (Defense Messaging System) Also the messages are
Encrypted / Decrypted
Error msg: Cannot Initialize in Ossinit
Also, I am using a full version of Outlook 2003 with a 3rd party application
called "DMS Security Extension Encoding Library Initialisation failed.
Signed or
Encrypted messages will not be processed correctly."
