We've got Outlook 2003 running on an XP box with IE 7 installed. When an HTML
email arrives (an order form from our website) it displays properly in
Outlook but printing it with a Rule causes it to print without the
formatting. There's no code but everything is jumbled together. If you right
click on the same email and print it it prints fine.
I do have IE setup to Print Background Colors and Images but that switch
doesn't seem to have any effect.

Only printing from a rule does this? Does it print normally manually?

Sorry Bill, I thought I was setup to receive email confirmations that I had a
reply so I didn't know you got back to me...
Yes. Only printing from a rule does this. If the HTML email is right clicked
and printed it looks fine.
Thanks,
Mike

Mike,
Have you solved this annoying problem yet. I've got the same exact problem & no one seems to have a clue how to solve it.
