Post subject: Outgoing email to one aol addr is blocked by my PC. Why?

Something in my PC is blocking outgoing email to one address. I can email
through gmail on other PCs. Where can I find and disable this block? I use
Outlook 2003 with Business Contacts and XP Pro.
