Outlook 2007. Email program crashed and cannot retrieve pst file. I
created new mail account and can receive, but cannot send. The message
comes up "Operation failed. An object cannot be found". How do I operate
with the new email account until I can get to an expert to attempt to
retrieve all my previous Outlook folders.

Thank you DL. I did create a new profile, can receive but not send. I
think it keeps trying to refer to or file in a .pst, and it does not happen.
I still have the plastic box, but there is no Recovery Disc. Apparentay
I was supposed to apply for one within 90 days of purchasing, and it is now
15 months.

How do I access Office Diagnostice
