I cannot change my e-mail setting because the icon below "Change Settings"
does not show up in the dialogue box. Under "Test Acct. Settings" there s no
icon displayed for "MORE SETTINGS". It looks like the size of the "E-Mail
Acct." dialogue box is too big. How do I make the print size smaller so ALL
the icons in the box fits the screen?

Do you have any custom Fonts selected in your Windows Theme or made them
larger?
Reset your theme back to default and change the DPI settings of your
computer instead when you want to make Fonts larger.

Dear Roady: Thank you. I am running Vista SP2 on 3 separate hard drives on
2 workstations & I only have the problem on ONE. The DPI was set @ default
(96dpi), but I tried changing it to XP 96 dpi, restarted it, and it did
nothing. I cannot get the "ACCOUNT SETTINGS" pop up under "TOOLS" in Outlook
2007 to get smaller to the same size as the other two hard drives so I can
enter my new ISP parameters. That is, your suggestion is NOT the issue. Is
there a DPI adjustment within Outlook 2007?
Thank you for trying-Thomas
