Hallo!

i have 2 Normal Email.dotm:
1. in c:\programme\Microsoft Office/Office 12
and another One in my
2. templates Folder.

When I want to insert Building Blocks, they are only present when i take the
1. NormalEmail.dotm.

Which is the "real" Normal.dotm??????

The one in your templates folder is your personal one. The other one might
have been used to deploy a standard template when your IT department
deployed Office 2007.
