Moving data from userform to the word template.

Hi!

I have a word template with controls in it. It works as a form. I have a button on which when I click, opens a user form. The user form has options to dynamically add or remove text boxes.
My requirement is that when I add text boxes on the user form and enter data and click on done button on it, the data entered in the text boxes needs to be transferred back to the word template (form).
I have this code which is inserting the data at the end of the form (appending) but i want to insert it at a particular location on the form in a table. I'm not sure how I can achieve this using the active document's fields properties. Any help is greatly appreciated.
