I'm using two monitors. Excel is opening on the left. In order to move the
Excel window to the right, I need to click the window restore button to make
the window smaller. Then drag it to the right. When I click restore on the
title bar, the window resizes so high that the title and menu bars aren't
displayed. How can I resize this window so that I can grab the title bar to
move it?

My guess is that the resolution on your right screen is set so that its edges
are outside of the monitor's range. Does the same thing happen with other
applications? If so, you will want to change the resolution setting on your
right monitor (Display Properties). If not, beats me... Good luck!

Click "Restore" on the Title Bar.
Then right-click the Excel button on the Taskbar.
Choose the "Move" option.
(The window will have a grey border around it.)
Just left-click, hold the button in, and drag it to where you can see the
menu and title bars.
Release your left mouse button.
Now you can do what you want.

- Hope it helps.
