Post subject: Meetings requests being sent to delegates in error - OL 2007
Archived from groups: microsoft>public>outlook>calendaring (more info?)

Hi - Have a strange thing happening...my user has given Editor permissions to
some individuals for her calendar. The checkbox for "Delegate receives copies
of meeting-related messages sent to me" is *not* checked for any of them.

She has three people who receive a copy of any meeting request *she sends
out* - even when they are not invited.

Under the Delegates tab of the Options dialog box, at the bottom where it
says "Deliver meeting requests addressed to me and responses to meeting
request where I am the organizer to:" - it is grayed out, and the option for
"My delegates only" is checked. We cannot access this area.

She has tried removing the people, and then adding them back in, but the
same thing keeps happening.

Does anyone have a suggestion on where we should look to get this corrected?
Thanks!

Do these people need to be delegates or could she use the permissions tab on
the calendar folder to share with these users? Are they delegates of people
she invited?
