Whenever I sent a meeting request to someone it arrives in their inbox as a
blank email with the subject line. Any suggestions?

In what format are you sending it and is the recipient internal or external?
It is only that recipient or is it all meeting requests you send? What
version of Outlook? What type of account?

Hi Brian - I am using Office 2003, my format is HTML. All external meeting
requests. And its a POP3 account.
I look forward to your response. Thank you

Is everyone to whom you're sending the requests also using Outlook? Are you
sending the requests as ICS files?

Try sending them as ICS files, then, and see if that works.
