I was using Word 2000 today with a problem when all of the sudden things
started
to go wrong. The auto spell check started to only check the upper portion of
the document and now I can no longer manually get spell check to work. I get
the message "Word cannot find the spelling file MSSpel3.dll or mssp232.dll
for ."

I have tried running the maintenance mode and re-installing the proofing
tools but no luck. Any thoughts?

I had a similar problem to this and after many repost I got the answer from
2 people. However, I have just cleaned off my disk, lost the message, can't
remember what ng name was using at the time. If I succeed I'll let you
know!
(PS I LOVE Word 2000!)
