Archived from groups: microsoft>public>excel>crashesgpfs (more info?)

I am working on an Access database that has linked tables in the 'front'
(Production folder) and 'backend' (Maintenance folder) on a network. When I
close the Access databases down, the same linked table in the (Maintenance
folder) is gone. The linked table in the (Production folder) is still there,
and naturally the Queries and Macros on both sides are non functional. What
is the problem? How can this be repaired/fixed/stopped. The problem is beyond
my knowledge...
