In the prior version of Word, I could customize the toolbar by making the
icons (buttons) large. How do I do this in Word 2007?

Thanks!

Sorry, you can't (other than changing the screen resolution of Windows so
everything gets bigger).

Well, you can still make the buttons large (although there is no longer a UI
for it) but as the Word UI no longer has toolbars you don't see any effect -
the buttons in the VBE will be large, though, if you like that kind of
thing.

Hi Chris,

There are some tradeoffs in appearance, as it affects all of Windows not just Office, but you can use the Accessibility settings in
the Windows Control panel to get larger icons and a bigger ribbon.
