Interactive Logon: Prompt user to change password before e..

My question is, is it possible to change "Interactive logon: Prompt the user
to change password before expiration" if yes how.

I am talking about the screen that prompts you that your password is about
to expire in (x) days.

I would like to edit that prompt and if possible add a link.


I know within the Group Policy Management the only option to edit in that
policy is the days, but am hoping there is a system file somewhere that i can
edit.

A Windows networking newsgroup would be more appropriate than this one which
is for questions dealing with Word.
