I would like to insert the mailing address of my contacts into the body of my
e-mail the way I do into word documents.
The only thing that I seem to be able to do with the address book in e-mail
is insetr the e-mail address.
I find it easier to recall the e-mail address than the mailing address.

Outlook uses Word to mailmerge so you can place any field in the email if
you use the Mailmerge function. Did you try it yet?
Are you sick of bad email practice? Get a copy of my paper "Implementing
Email Policy" from the Desk Doctors website.
