Post subject: HTML Printing Problem
Archived from groups: microsoft>public>outlook>printing (more info?)

I have a user who is having problems printing HTML email. When printed, the
email header prints as expected but the message body is printed so far to the
left that the first characters are cut off because they are outside the
printer's printable area.

I've tried changing the margins in Page Setup and adjusting the scaling of
the page in the print driver but Outlook apparently ignores these settings
and prints the same way. We get the same result no matter which printer we
use. Other users can print the same emails to the same printer with no
problem.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
