Post subject: Form submit

Hi,
I am creating an online survey. I like for it to be sent to a specific
e-mail address. I understand I can do this via the submit button/control.
However it seems that this can only happen from 'piggybacking' some other
e-mail software. it would mean that if someone fills the survey from for
example the local library, they won't be able to submit the survey.

is it possible for the survey being wholly online, ie. no need to use an
e-mail software? how would I do that?

I am not sure I am wording this correctly so please ask any questions!
thanks
