Post subject: Font viewer?
Archived from groups: microsoft>public>word>printingfonts (more info?)

Is there a font viewing program that allows me to type a word of my choice,
and displays it in all the different installed fonts?

There are a bunch of free programs to do this (e.g. the font thing).
However, I'm looking for one that also works with unicode fonts like chinese
and japanese.

You might want to have a look at FontPage (http://bluefive.pair.com)
