Post subject: Fill table with values from list Archived from groups: microsoft>public>excel>datamap (more info?)
I have a list and a table on separate sheets in an Excell workbook.
First sheet has a list of names. I'm trying fill in a table on the
second sheet with the EXACT names from the other list as they are
assigned to various groups. (Each name will be used exactly once).
Any idea how I can program the table to anticipate the content like
that?

Don't really know enough to solve this problem but it sound like you should
look at the VLOOKUP function.
