How can I reverse the name order (last name, first name to first name, last
name) that all my contacts are now in? I can't remember all my contacts last
name but odds are I will remember their first name at least. Seems counter
intuitive filing it last name first.

BCM seems to have so many screwy ways of doing things. Maybe I'll get use to
it one of these days. Why can't I click on a button and have Word open with
the current date and contact information already filled in ready to type a
letter to that contact??? Now if only I can find a software that will sync
most of BCM info into a Pocket PC like TransACT for Pocket PC did with ACT.

Well, assuming that you're in the list of contacts, right-click on the
headers and select Field Chooser. From there you can add columns like
Last Name and First Name, and once they're in, you can just click on
that header to sort the information. You can also remove a heading by
right-clicking it and selecting Remove This Column. Also, you can
click and drag the headers to move them into whatever order you think
seems best.

I agree that BCM developers should take a look at some ACT! capabilities.
1. Automatic addressing of the MS word template INCLUDING My Record (why it
doesn't exist in BCM)
2. Posibility to review ALL e-mail attachements assigned to the contact, not
only the one that was sent to the current user - finally we want to have BCM
to be a workgroup solution!
there are some others.
