Post subject: Excel worksheet won't open. Add to elertz Archived from groups: microsoft>public>excel>crashesgpfs (more info?)
I am trying to open an excel documment that will not open, it is a xsls
extention i believe. all i get when i open the program is those wonderful
symbols throughout the page.

what version of excel are you using to open the file?

I believe that the file was created in office 2007 and I am using Office
2003. I know that there is a download to allow 2003 to open files that were
created by 2007 but i am not sure where to look for the download and if it is
already installed on my computer. Any ideas?
