Post subject: Can Excel duplicate Access's PivotTable Detail Data feature? Archived from groups: microsoft>public>excel>misc (more info?)
In Access pivottables, when you place a field in the data area, you can
specify "Detail Data". This displays the actual data instead of a summary of
the data.
Can this be cone in Excel?

No, that feature isn't available in Excel's pivot tables. You can
double-click on a data cell, to extract the underlying data. It appears
in a table on a new worksheet.
