Excel 2007 Printing problem.

My office just purchase some Offic2 2007, but here have some probom
1) there is a excel with some data and port to 2 chart in a same worksheet,
in the past (Excel 2003) it's working if they goto page setting (by highlight
chart) they can change the margin what they want. but in 2007, it's not
working

2) another excel files, user set the bottom margin to 0.25 inch, (or even 0)
but while print out, the footer side, still have 0.62 inch space not printing
the data....
