I'm interested in the construct
<![if !supportEmptyParas]> <![endif]>
that can be found in HTML files created by MS Word 2000. Is this documented
somewhere? Do all browsers recognize this construct? A Google search is
fairly fruitless, since it finds oodles of documents containing this
construct.
