Oh if only life was so simple!

I have the same prob, but this answer only seems to offer the reverse of
what I need, ie - *.ofx TO *.xls.

The file I HAVE is *.xls, the file I WANT is *.ofx.

any helpers, PLEASE?

There is a beta for converting xls to ofx on the following link.

It will convert a *xls, *.xlsx or *.csv to *.ofx
