Post subject: Converting emails into entries in a word document Archived from groups: microsoft>public>outlook>thirdpartyutil (more info?)
Hi all, i'm wondert can work thring if someone has perhaps come accross a
utility through alot of emails in a folder in an inbox and while reading
through the mails, generates a word document of them. Reason: I am part of an
internal support group for a product and over a period of time i have over
5000 mails containing very good information. I would like this content
available in a searchalbe format not taking up space in my mailbox. (Corp
limits mailbox size and prevents pst creation and use) i do not want to
delete mails (Some are very old already) and cannot see myself doing copy +
paste 5000 times.

Select all, file save as... txt or if you use Acrobat, create a PDF package
or print to a PDF. There are also archive utilities that can save as html
or other formats.
See http://www.slipstick.com/addins/housekeeping.asp for utilities.
