Hi,
for our company I set up a normal.dotm for Word 2007. But some of our
employees are still using Word 2003. So is there any easy way to convert my
normal.dotm to an older normal.dot for using correctly in word 2003?

Only Word can create a normal template and while you may be able to open a
normal.dot template created by Word 2003 in Word 2007, to use the Organiser
to copy macros and styles. How successful it will be will depend on what
customisations are involved.
A better plan would be to create Word 97-2003 format templates (compatible
with both versions) and train users to create company documents using those
templates and leave the normal template for its intended purpose - storing
user personalisations.
