Post subject: Convert multiple excel files with multiple sheets to PDF - how? Archived from groups: microsoft>public>excel>misc (more info?)
Can this be done? I have about 500 store specific excel files, with 2 sheets
each. I'd like a quick way to PDF all of them, not as one big file, but as
individule PDFs. Here at the office we are using Office 2007 and Adobe
Acrobat 9 Pro...thank you.

What happens when you select the Files in Windows Explorer, and then
r-click on them and pick Convert to PDF?

Greetings Phil
I'd download CutePdf from the net. This installs a printer on your system, and
anything printed will become a .pdf file. When printing, it promts you for
file
name, and then creates the file. Simple, free and fast.
Simply select all files, hit print, and Accept the auto-generated name. Then,
select all files again, and hit F2 to rename them all at one time.
Good luck!

when i right click and convert to adobe pfd, that works, it just doesnt take
all the sheets in the file. just the active sheet.

perhaps create an AutoIT script to open the file, group sheets, print to
adobe file, and close. (AutoIT is available for the download at the
authors website)
