Hi

Normally,I use office excel 2003 to convert “lotus 1-2-3 format” to Excel
file.
Yesterday after I did update windows, I’m no longer to convert that file.
The massage - You are attempting to open a file that is blocked by your
registry policy setting

Could you help me how to solve this problem.
Any converter available? Attached is 123 file for your reference.

Thank you

have a look here
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/922848/

it was a fairly recent security update that by default disables certain
file types. A bit of messing in the registry should sort it out

Cheers
