Is it possible to format a check box in a user form so that when checked, a
check mark, rather than an "x" shows in the box? Version Word2003.

Thanks in advance for your help.

On a userform, a checkbox when checked has a check mark, not an "x".

In the document, an ActiveX checkbox also uses a checkmark, not an "x".

In the document, a FormField checkbox uses an "x".

Are you sure you are asking about a userform?

Hi,

Is it possible to hide text and tables (using line numbers) through a check
box.

I mean, if the box is check the text and tables appears.

If not, it should be hidden.

Please help me out.

I really have no idea.

If this is possible, how should I do it?

Thanks in advance for your help.

Have a good day.

Most things are possible, but what type of form are you talking about? Do
you need to be able to undo the action? Where is the Check Box in relation
to the table/to the text?, etc.
