Post subject: Changing table captions to include chapter number afterwards

Only after creating a lot of tables (75 or so), I realize that I should have included the chapter number in the caption. I see how to do that when first creating the caption, but I was wondering if there's any way to now go back and add that to all tables, instead of going table by table and re-creating the caption.

Any thoughts?
