Post subject: Changing "from" address in e-mail merge Archived from groups: microsoft>public>word>mailmerge>fields (more info?)
I'm trying to merge from Access 2003 to email but would like to change the
sending address to use one of several I am authorized to use. Is there a way
to do that?

When you execute the merge, you must be logged into the mail system with the
required address as the default mail address.
