Calendar sharing not primary calendar

We are using exchange and I have a user that created a second calendar in
outlook 03, she wants to share it with her group of staff, and has shared it
out with teh staff, but how do we get ahold of it to view it?

I can go to open a shared calendar and pull up her name but her primary
calendar is not shared, she only wants to share the secondary calendar.

Can this be done?
