Adjusting the page border more than 31 pts so it prints?

Although the current version of
http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/Formatting/BottomsDontPrint.htm is nowhere near as
clear as the updated one I've just submitted for publication, the
information you need is in there if you have the patience to winkle it out!
The trick is to set the page border "From text" instead of "From edge of
page."
