We have sent multiple word docs on CD to a consultant in Japan who is running
2007. We checked the files before sending and they opened fine. These docs do
have macros in them. The consultant can not open the files on their end,
any suggestions on what I can tell them to try to get the docs opened?

Thanks in advance for the assitance.

The first question that comes into mind: did they copy the documents to the
local HDD before trying to open them?
