thx. I'll try that. I did start my computer is safe mode and it worked. so
this must be caused by other issues.

There might be a virus causing this problem.
First when you start the computer press F8 then look for like this:
"Start with no rebooting" Then go to Frontpage and it might not reboot.

This F8 pressing thing works with Vista, I am not sure if it works with XP.
