Perhaps you should ask this on a Frontgate newsgroup.

Download FP Cleaner from http://www.95isalive.com/fixes/fpclean.htm and
run the routines that:

delete the hidden web cache files,
delete the hidden temporary files
Restore Default Toolbars and Menus

See if this helps.

Archived from groups: per prev. post (more info?)

According to http://www.guardedjungle.com/_vti_inf.html the FP SE are installed
- ask your host to do a security / permissions check on the SE

(I don't see how it can crash a PC unless you have other issues like the need for updated video drivers)
Before you reopen FP clean out all your temp files and run the FP cleaner http://www.95isalive.com/fixes/fpclean.htm
