Post subject: Force into Frame
Archived from groups: microsoft>public>frontpage>client (more info?)

I need to force the navigacion page named MyNavPage as well as MyContentePage
into my FramePage being MyNavPage the target page of Exploration Bar
generated by MS Frontpage.

I have tried javascrit coding but I keep on getting a script error, so I am
very frustrated becuase the design is not working.

Ideally, I would like to be able to link MyNavPage Botton to MyFramePage,
but the Frontpage doesn't allow me the flexibility to change the target
of Exploration Bar Botton.

Can anyone help me out to solve this problem please. I am going out of my
mind.......

thanks

The site's jerarchy is as follows

Home - which links to MyNave Page

MyOtherPage and MyNavePage

MyFramePage

MyContentet Page1 MyContentet Page2 MyContentet Page3 etc

The FP's Navigation components do not support the setting of frame target values.

Is there no way to solve my problem?
Another problem I have encontered is that when I am in the FramePage, I
can't go back to regular htm pages. They all get inserted in the frame.

Don't use FP Navigation or don't use frames is your options. The FP navigation components where
never designed to be used in a frame based web site
