I have taken over managing this website, www.boardwise.net, and I want to
center the pages. I'm new to web design. Do I need to redo everything and
use tables, or is there a way to do it in its current configuration?

Hello,

That site uses frames.

I suggest redoing everything using CSS or tables.

I have had the same problem at times. I use Frontpage and how I moved it to
the center was to change all the HTML from left to center. How I did it
quickly was to use "find and replace".
